The way I see it it's all about the jaw, messy hair and sex appeal with Christian. For Ana it's a little more difficult because she has to be naturally gorgeous and very insecure and has to hate dressing like a girl :). Sort of like Kristen Stewart in the Twilight movies but she's not elegant at all, Ana needs to ooze effortlessly striking elegance. Speaking of the Twilight movies, ever since I picked up my first Fifty Shades book I always thought this was a mixture with part from the Twilight series with a little bit of Pretty Woman in there. I even told this to my sister in law who loves these books, but yesterday after having lunch with my lovely friend Caroline she has confirmed that she read somewhere that these books were in fact written with inspiration based on the twilight series. Amazing...I hate it when all the men (some women) refer to these books as porn, so sad because these books aren't fantastically written but the context isn't just about sex it's a petty good story. I enjoyed all three... :)
Love your picks for the casting!! When I first heard about 50 Shades on NY1 they referred to it as the Adult Twilight and Mommy Porn. After reading them I agree with the adult Twilight but mommy porn...really!! I fell in love with how they fell in love...well and the drama :), and yes the sex parts were interesting to say the least but that's not all it was about. I definitely enjoyed all three!! I hope the movie comes out soon or better yet I hope she writes the story from Christian's point of view. I want more!! :)
